My name is Libby Hartz and I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with a strong interest in happiness, health and well-being. I am passionate about helping people like you live a life that has meaning, is fun and has you achieving your wildest dreams both personally and professionally. That’s why I’ve trained as a life coach and created Project Happiness.
Based in South West London (UK), I offer individual Project Happiness face to face coaching sessions in Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Earlsfield and Wimbledon, as well as Central London. I’m also happy to offer telephone coaching sessions to clients who live further away.
It's time for a different approach to life
I believe that it is possible to create a lot more happiness in our lives, be more successful and have greater impact in the world if we can understand ourselves better, identify what’s not working for us and take positive action to do things differently.
In the past, like many others, I have been guilty of spending too much time dwelling on what might have been if… or waiting for something to happen before I could feel a certain way or do certain things. We’re letting life pass us by if we do this.
The time for action, living life to the full and choosing to be the one to make a difference is now. How do you want to live your life? What’s your big dream?
